Prometheus

Prometheus is a live, body-centered performance that brings the relationship between pain, responsibility, and freedom into a shared field of experience.

A trace of Prometheus has always remained in memory;
not as a myth, but as a recurring condition.
An act that begins with giving
transforms, within another order, into punishment.
And what is offered to humankind
simultaneously places it in a new relation to suffering.
“Prometheus” is not a retelling of a story,
but a pause within a suspended moment—
between knowing and incapacity,
between the possibility of release and the persistence of what does not open.
Perhaps what ultimately remains
is not the chain,
but the awareness of it.
